FULL CONFERENCE:  The Registration Fee for the full three-day conference of $375.00 is due on November 4, 2019.  The fee includes breakfasts and lunches on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday; refreshment breaks; and Sunday evening reception.  The Registration Fee increases to $425.00 on November 7, 2019.

THEME DAY ONLY:  We offer a one-day only registration for Theme Day on December 8th, for those who are only able to attend that day.  The registration fee is $150 and includes breakfast, lunch, a reception, and refreshment breaks.  The registration fee increases to $175 on November 7, 2019.

NON-THEME DAYS ONLY:  A two-day registration for the non-theme days on December 9-10, for those who are not able to attend the theme day. The registration fee is $250 and includes breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks on both days.  The registration fee increases to $275 on November 7, 2019.

ADD-ONS:  Participants may select different levels of plans for a guest to join the group in meals.

Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) is the closest airport to the hotel.  The hotel is an approximately 20 minute drive, depending on traffic.
