REGISTRATION – Due November 6, 2019

FULL CONFERENCE:  The Registration Fee for the full three-day conference of $375.00 is due on November 4, 2019.  The fee includes breakfasts and lunches on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday; refreshment breaks; and Sunday evening reception.  The Registration Fee increases to $425.00 on November 7, 2019.

THEME DAY ONLY:  We offer a one-day only registration for Theme Day on December 8th, for those who are only able to attend that day.  The registration fee is $150 and includes breakfast, lunch, a reception, and refreshment breaks.  The registration fee increases to $175 on November 7, 2019.

NON-THEME DAYS ONLY:  A two-day registration for the non-theme days on December 9-10, for those who are not able to attend the theme day. The registration fee is $250 and includes breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks on both days.  The registration fee increases to $275 on November 7, 2019.

ADD-ONS:  Participants may select different levels of plans for a guest to join the group in meals.

A refund will be made, less a $25.00 charge, if cancellation notice is received by December 1, 2019.  Please notify Missy Sullivan at missy@umn.edu .

The deadline for the IATRC group room rate has passed.  If you still need to reserve a room at the conference hotel, please call 1-800-HILTONS.  Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.  Valet parking is $59 per day.

AIRPORT AND GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) is the closest airport to the hotel.  The hotel is an approximately 20 minute drive, depending on traffic.

Transportation between DCA and Hilton Washington DC National Mall:

Uber / Lyft: Route your app / driver to Hilton Washington DC.  Rates vary.
